摘要: Cadmium (Cd) contamination is the most serious and largest heavy metal pollution of China. It is necessary to explore the mechanism of Cd poisoning and the mechanism of resistance to Cd stress in crops. In the study, Illumina sequencing technology was used for transcriptome high-throughput sequencing. The molecular mechanism of Cd stress in muskmelon was investigated using gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis. In addition, through the detection of physiological indexes of muskmelon leaves, it was found that chlorophyll content and POD activity were considerably reduced. In addition, the related genes were significantly up-regulated exposed to Cd. In the study, the main pathways and genes of muskmelon response to Cd stress were analysed, providing a theoretical foundation for future research into the mechanism of Cd stress response.
